Mae*Gun Talks and Mansfield Reformatory and Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame | CB093

MAE*GUN talks about her feelings, getting called fat by the guy who broke into her house, and making decisions out of extreme emotions. Chris Brake reviews Mansfield Reformatory (where they filmed The Shawshank Redemption) and the Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame.

ALSO: Crabby Christine gives some more insight into that guy who broke into MAE*GUN’s house (it’s even worse than we thought!)

Mansfield Reformatory Review

Chris visited Mansfield Reformatory, the place where they shot The Shawshank Redemption. Everyone on Google seems to hate the Mansfield Reformatory for the same reasons that Chris loved the place: it’s dingy, deserted, and nearly abandoned. Chris compares the headphone self-guided tour from Alcatraz to the tour offered at Mansfield Reformatory.

Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame Review

“Focus on the first floor and take your time there.”

Suggestion! Make it so you can see the set list on the back of John Lennon’s guitar.

There’s a guitar at the Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame that was owned by John Lennon. Might have been a Rickenbacker. Anyhow, the description of the guitar is all about, “The original set list is still attached to the back of this guitar!” But you can’t see it. What a drag! Chris suggests putting it on a rotating shindig, or something like that that would allow the visitor to see the set list mentioned on the description.
